Set the support phone for Substack subscriptions
Substack paid subscriptions run on Stripe. The support phone your readers see on statements comes from your connected Stripe account.
Find the Stripe account behind your Substack
When you turned on paid subscriptions, you connected a Stripe account. Settings → Payments in Substack shows which one. Sign in to it at dashboard.stripe.com.
Set the support phone there

Substack has no phone field of its own. If you want it visible to readers, add it to your About page or welcome email.

Substack takes its cut through Stripe Connect, but the support phone on your readers' statements is still yours to set.
